At Liron Devices, we are committed to your satisfaction. If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, you may request a return for a refund under the terms below.

Return Window
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

When Returns Are Accepted
We accept returns if the item is:

  • Damaged during delivery
  • Defective or not working as intended
  • Incorrect or not what you ordered
  • Unused and in its original packaging
  • Reported within the 7-day return window

How to Request a Return
To begin the return process, email us at [email protected] with the following:

  • Your full name
  • Order number
  • Reason for return
  • Clear photos of the product (if applicable)

Once approved, we will guide you through the next steps.

Refund Method

  • All refunds are processed in cash only
  • Refunds are issued after we receive and inspect the returned product
  • Cash refunds follow the same method used in your original Cash on Delivery order

Items Not Eligible for Return

  • Products that are used or damaged by the customer
  • Requests made after the 7-day return window
  • Final-sale or non-returnable items

Exchanges
We currently do not offer exchanges. If your item is eligible for return, you may request a refund and place a new order separately.
