Return Window
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
When Returns Are Accepted
We accept returns if the item is:
- Damaged during delivery
- Defective or not working as intended
- Incorrect or not what you ordered
- Unused and in its original packaging
- Reported within the 7-day return window
How to Request a Return
To begin the return process, email us at [email protected] with the following:
- Your full name
- Order number
- Reason for return
- Clear photos of the product (if applicable)
Once approved, we will guide you through the next steps.
Refund Method
- All refunds are processed in cash only
- Refunds are issued after we receive and inspect the returned product
- Cash refunds follow the same method used in your original Cash on Delivery order
Items Not Eligible for Return
- Products that are used or damaged by the customer
- Requests made after the 7-day return window
- Final-sale or non-returnable items
Exchanges
We currently do not offer exchanges. If your item is eligible for return, you may request a refund and place a new order separately.
